Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Purchases: our order process is handled by our reseller, Creem, which is the merchant of record. Creem processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details. We never see your full card number.
• Email list: if you sign up for the free sample or quick-start emails, we store your email in our email provider (MailerLite) to send what you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Surveys: if you answer an optional survey (for example your travel dates), we use the answers only to improve the handbook and to reply to you.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate visit statistics and UTM tags to see which channels send visitors.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't ask for passport numbers, card details or other sensitive documents. Please don't send them to us.

Your rights

Email hello.exploringchina@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
